Project Description: Renovation of a single-family property’s third floor attic on the beautiful and historic Rosa Park Place. Upon arrival in the living room, the interiors and antique pieces used successfully come together to create an exquisite yet tastefully comfortable guest suite. The third floor is made-up of two bedrooms; one girl’s bedroom and one boy’s bedroom that flank the master bath.
